We an elected body of Managing committe was serving a cooperative housing society since last two years. All accounts and records being audited by external as well coopertaive registrar auditor. During the period to take a draianage line from AUDA, we have executed a affidivat to AUDA confirming upon demand from them will pay betterment chargrs. This affidavet has filled after passing minitues in managing committe and copy of affidavet and details has circulated among all members. After aprx 1 month, some section of members come up with why affidavet filled withought calling General meeting and hence they we helding managing committe members personally responsible for bettermenet charges. Further an EGM has called and members finally approved that proceedure done to AUDA including filing affidavet has been approved. Stating a condition that All members of managing committe must file an affidavet stating only these are docs we are signed in our tenure (list of docs) and responsibility of any other dosc will be managing committe;s personal responsibility.
Is there any such provision in Gujarat co operative housing soc act??
in case we need to file an affidavet what type of wording to be incorporated to avoid subsequent managing committe to take and malafide action or case against past committe members?
Note All acconts and balance sheet has been approved in AGM.
