Co-ownership of an apartment

I purchased an apartment 2.5 years ago and paying EMI on a monthly basis towards repayment of home loan.

Would it be possible if I want to make my parents co-owners in this property with minimal share in my name? I don't want to transfer the property in its entirety to my parents b'cos EMIs should still be paid by me.

I'm presuming that being a co-owner (with minimal share) in this property, I will still be able to pay the EMIs on my own without tranfering the mortgage agreement in my parents' names. Is my presumption correct?

Additionally, what other formalities are required?

Please let me know your expert opinion(s).

Unless the Bank permits, this will not be possible.
