Read provisions of Commercial Courts Act, 2016 where jurisdiction of civil court is barred.

Before filing suit for recovery qua any business transaction it is mandatory to file pre-mediation summary of the suit/claim in Legal Service Authority for exploring possibility of mediation.

The 2015 Act establishes commercial courts at the district level and commercial divisions in high courts to adjudicate commercial disputes with a value of at least one crore rupees. The Ordinance reduces this limit to three lakh rupees.
