My Father's Brother and my father got equal share including common passage in 2009.After Distribution We constructed roof and left the property till 10 years in 2015 my father's brother sold his property for a gold smith beside my house so after this we again constructed our house in 2021 again my father's brother's family went to vendees house and asked to resell property in same 110000 lakhs.Now In 2023 He filed case original suit we want our common passage owned we don't know he purchased when we went to tirupati in 2015 in 2023 he filed police complaint on us on my father's brothers' family my father told to remove all things from walking passage because we didn't keep any thing he is using passage and he used our property as rent house and garbage plot spitting,throwing and keeping things he uses the common passage while Diwali to clean all things in passage itself in 4 feet 9 inches half of the space is used and he filed police case and court civil case so we want our own walking passage with out disturbance.Gold Smith Kept cctv,drainage pipes grills and on gate grill till roof ac pipe,electric meters of all 3 floors we are not having privacy and security with them and big grill near our kitchen to climb his stairs and bathroom near this.He Heats Gold and the smoke is released in the common passage which is so harmful to breathe and ac outlet is fixed on door in passage.By All These ways we want solution by having our own way to walk in and out of our house we are not having main gate entrance our entrance is only common passage entrance main gate which is grilled till roof by him.And He Is giving choice to keep gate at our kitchen and we will not close the main gate they will not close the main gate after walking in as irresponsible human beings.And Last He got a mediator who thought that this common passage is of my father's brother's only and we has our own passage so we don't have any rights over this common passage they are saying and they sold,so we want a solution for this.
