Condemned property next to a client is damaging his property like moisture and dampness on walls

Dear Professionals,

One of client property is getting damaged due moisture, dampness, rain etc. on his walls by the next property which is condemned which soacks all rain water on its roof. No one is living therein since many years and neither owner is breaking the house.

My question is apart from law of tort for compensation, can we get the court permission or order to break down all the property so that it will not gether any more water on its roof and not causing any further dampness on the clients wall?

Please suggest a way to get out of the dispute.

Yes, your client can appraoch court with a suit for mandatory injunction seeking removal of the items which is causing damage to his property
