Conveyance deed issue

Hello All, 

i have purchased the flat with 2 covered basement parking along with Club membership .

However during conveyane deed signing , builder said they using the standard template mentioning only using of 2 car parking and no mentioned of Club even on common facility or anything about membership. 

Please provide your legal position if Conveyance deed does not need these information as it is available on the agreement to sale ?

The builder is telling lies.

If the builder has collected charges seprately for all the facilities then he ought to provide the same with authentic proof and it should be mentioned in the registred sale deed, unless the facility will not be recognised as legally valid when the housing society is formed at a later stage and the builder will not be available to come to yor rescue at that time.

That once the sale deed ( deed of sale ) is executed, as it is latter to the date of sale agreement, the terms in sale agreement vanish and new document will take effect. Thus the version of the seller/ developer is not correct, and you should insist on inclusion of the matter in sale deed also.
