Convicted under ipc 498a,406,494

Anyone, who is a central govt employee and now convicted under IPC 498A,406,494 for imprisonment for a period of 2-3 years by an Distt. court. Will he be suspended/terminated from his services and rejoin his service again after completion of his imprisonment?

No. Conviction is ground for suspension and termination from employment.

Conviction in criminal case is ground for termination of government service. The trail court conviction can be challenged in Higher court here the High Court and stay obtained for further proceedings this gives chance for continuation of government service although suspension in service continues with half or substantial salary.
