It is invalid.  Sometimes a written/typed paper is pasted from the upper end, but in that case the stamp paper itself is just crossed out with a diagonal line, then it is valid.

In legal sense it is not valid.

If the agreement paper is stamped with franching machine it is valid. Mare pasting that agreement paper on the stamp paper is not valid.

It is totally invalid.

DEAR SIR ,SANTOSH/ P. SATHYA PRKASH

YOU MEAN SIMPLY A SIGNED PRINTED PAPER (POWER OF ATTORNEY OR ANY AGREEMENT)  PASTED UPON THE STAMP PAPER AND IT SELF IS JUST CROSSED OUT  WITHOUT MY SIGN IS VALID? IF IT IS NOT REGD. DOCUMENT COURT  WILL  ADMIT THE SAME.
