My son-in-law is now out in bail after the FIR I had filed under secn 498 A and 306 had him arrested. His daughter, my grand daughter has been staying with me since the suicide of my daughter on 16/06/09.My son-in-law is taking care of the financial expense and daily needs of the child but I have not allowed him to even communicate with his child. He has repeatedly requested me to allow him to see his child for a while. Now he wants to take legal custody of the child. Can he? Please suggest.
