In response to your query,

Dear ma'am my deepest condolences for your personal loss and as per you query, you opt for Voluntary Winding UP of the Company. Under the Companies Act 2013, Voluntary winding up is when a corporation is wound up by its members or creditors without the intervention of a tribunal. The entire procedure is carried out without the presence of a judge. When the winding up is finished, the required paperwork are filed with the court in order to get a dissolution order. Members or creditors can initiate a voluntary winding up.

Regards,

Aryan Raj
