we are importing certain items from P R of China. However, the supplier wants us to give an undertaking / End use Certificate addressed to the Govt of PR of China stating that we will not use such imported consignments for production of mass destructive weapons etc.
My question is whether we could issue such declaration bypassing our Central Govt. and not knowing the fact of situation where our end produces will be used by our customers, when we process raw materials imported from China.
