We have availed Cenvat credit of inputs. Can we give Disclaimer certificate to our customer for the material supplied by us to him? Please advice.

If you have availed CENVAT credit, how can you give a disclaimer certificate to your customer? You are the direct exporter here and you & your customer both cannot avail the benefit.
