Wp dismissed as infrctuous wp was filed by petitioners (1)WP dismissed as infructuous, wp was filed by petitioners( Govt) vishnu murthy (Respondent). in hyderabad is it in favour of Respondent ? respondent filed another WP, for promtion ( Vishnu murthy Petitioner , if, 1st wp dismissed then the respondent( Govt) in 2nd Wp will consider in 2nd wp for promotion to the petitioner in 2nd wp, pl solve the problem. the above mentioned 1st wp is against to respondent in 1st WP KINDLY REPLY
