First to start with my family details to have more clarity for you to advise me. My grand parents(Father side) are havind 2 male and 1 female kids.Out 2 male kids one is my father and other is my father elder brother.
Story 1:
My grand father started his house construction in 1979 and he died in the year 1980 then my grand mother had become the owner of the house and house was finished in 1982 without any railing on the roof, no plastering(finishing) work on the outside wall.
My father got married in 1984 and then later my parents have invested amount in 2 different intervels and finished total house finishing owrk.
Story 2:
My fathers elder borther was married before to my fathers marriage and he was divorced with his wife within 5 years, they had a daughter of 4 years and my fathers brother he left our native and got married to some other local girl where he was staying.
In 1996 my fathers brother died beacause of some disease, and in 1994 his wife also died for some disease. So, this his wife died she was taking care of her daughter and when she died her sister took their daugthers responsibility, when the daugther was 18 years she got married in year 1998/1999
So, after her(sister relation) marriage both couple have started comming to our home, were there was no communication between our families for more than 15 years. and all these years my grandmother was taken care by my parents.
I heared my grand mother she sold one plot and given the amount to my fathers brother daughter.
And in 2005 my father expired, i have a fear that my fathers brother daughter will put an case to have share in my grandmothers house. My grandmother says it is my property i will give to you but this is all in oral and i am unable to force her because if i force her alot she may hurt so do not want to hurt her.But my fathers brother son-inlaw is very cunnign guy i cannot belive in me.
So once my grand mother is passed they can put a case in court, where i would like not give any share for them as alrady they have been given amount from my grand mother.
They donot want to take care of my grandmother but they want share in the property and since last 30 years we are only staying in that house.
So, now please advise me want can i do without any court issue how can the property be registered in my name.
