Dear Sir,
Kindly let me know the legal requirement of Distribution Agreement entered between Supplier and Distributor to make it legally valid.
If the Agreement is done on Letter Head of the Company, is it necessary to frank stamp duty on it? If yes, what amount?
Is it necessary to register this agreement? If yes, with whom?

Even on white paper if an agreement is executed is valid. For to admit in court the court will collect stamp duty and penality since it is not written on valid stamp paper. It is my advise what ever terms you are framing write it on stamp paper to avoid future dispute
