division of arrears

one of our relatives died, so the legal heirs were his sister, who is 80 years old, another brother's wife, who is 70 years old, and 4 daughters of the brother's wife who are 40 - 45 years old and another brother's daughter have signed for the arrears of the deseased person. now, when the money comes, how should it be divided?

how many legal heirs, devided the money each other equal amount.

will that be 1/3 for the sister, deceased brothers wife and another brothers daughter? or will the deceased brothers daughters get shares as well?
