Dlsa to tlsa

A grievance was brought before the District Legal Services Committee by a person.

[The fact of the case is that a teacher in an unaided private school was unlawfully terminated from service. No due process of law was followed.

No written appointment order and termination order were issued. But a memo with false allegations was issued 10 days after the unlawful termination.

Reply to the memo denying all the charges was sent 2 months back. After that there is no further communication from the said school till date.]

The DLSA has forwarded the grievance to the Taluk Legal Services Committee for necessary action.

What might be the next course of actions?

You may wait for the decision and if you are aggrived by that you can challenge by way of writ petition.
