Documentation required from legal hirers

1. I have an unregistered Will from my Grandfather awarding one of his Immovable Property( a house plot).

His Legal Hirers i.e, my Uncles and Aunts have not objection to it and are willing to sign any document that may be required.

What document type/category should I get registered with the Registrar of Stamps and Revenue to make this document legal.

My Grandfather, my father is no more. Im in Andhra Pradesh

2. ALSO how can i get a FAMILY CERTIFICATE of my Grandfather. Which Dept issues this in Andhra Pradesh

Thanks in advance. Im willing to get paid services if in Hyderabad.

Did your grandfather bequeth his property to you through the said Will?, then you can act upon the will by taking possession of the property and getting all the revenue records transferred unto your name and other related documents in your favor.  If the property was on the names of his legal heirs, and suppose they want to gift the said property to you, they all can jointly execute a Gift deed in your favor without going for a relinquishment deed or release deed.  So please specify what you want to clarify, so that your will appropriate answer.

I don't know the legal meaning of Bequeath. But im in position of the Property for the last 20 years and I have the property tax on my name.

The property is not in the name of his legal heirs.

Release deed is something that few people have suggested, but do you think gift deed will do, so that stamp duties are less for gift deed. Also im not blood related, so can they still execute a gift deed.

Thanks sir, if you can please clarify this.
