We have succesfully acheived the stay order on the excecution of Interim to pay to my wife and on arrest warrent for not to pay till next adjournment. In meanwhile , Wife councel has filled an early Hearing Application to cancel the stay order and exceute the arrest warrant. Please find the attachement and please guide me the way . I have my appreance on 16th Aug. Please revert how to tackle it and give me the way to to cancel this Early application . Please guide me soon as i have limited days.
