RCOP case under Tamilnadu. 11(4) section judgement by lower court eviction order favor of land lord. EP filed in same court. Tenant Filed IA pettion/delayed petition, in District PSJ. The appeal IA is not yet numbered. Tenant didn't paid rent for 60months. arguement & enquiries completedin october 2015. But Hon. judge is not giving judgement more than 9months. any solution there for this issue? can go for high court for quicker judgement.?
