for yr kind information and reply-----ld ACJM alipore wb has taken cognizance against four IAS officerin the yr 2007 us 405/406/ 42o/409/120B in a complaint case.ld jm issued summons against all of them .ld advocates for the accused appeared.the accd were granted exemption and asked to take bail after furnishing bail bond and surity of rs 2000.they went toHC in cr rev.matter is sill pending.one of them nw working asadmn member of administrative tribunal.with the case hist ory cited above can they get exemption us 205 crpc without appearing in court for the first time?
