1]We have received an order (FOB port of despatch) from Indian Customer who has received an order from his Overseas customer for the export of material.
2]We are procuring material from our Indian vendors (Manufacturer & TRADERS)
3]As per order on us, we have to do custom Documentation at port of despatch.
4]Bill lading will be made in our name & Consignee will be our India customer at overseas
Query : Since bill of lading will be in our name can our India customer give form CT1 (for nil excise) & ARE 1 to us? Please advice
