Facing false ipc354a molestation, how to fight back?

Respected All,
We are a team of middle management in an mnc. Two months back, we refered a female employee to HR because of her ongoing absenteesim issues. The team had followed all procedures as per company guidelines and the seniors were also well informed.
HR discussed this case with company lawyer and they instructed her supervisor to issue her a Charge Sheet which was prepared by company lawyer. The supervisor did the same as instructed. The mentioned employee reverted to him stating she has had health issues and wish to seek another chance to improve on her issues and at the same time, she wrote an email to HR stating that the supervisor misbehaved with her and made racial and s*xuals comments which were obviously baseless and false.
An ICC (internal complaint committee) was set up which decided to terminate the female employee becasue on these ongoing issues.
The moment she learnt about it, she got so furious and started yelling out. Later she went to police and filed an FIR against the supervisor under IPC 354A and  against the ICC members under IPC 341. Now all of them are n trouble and badly impacted despite being innocent in this case.
We all working in the same envirement and this can happen to any of us. Please help us in finding a solution how we can save these innocent buddies of ours.

Please help !
Thanks with regards,

While ordering compulsory registration of the First Information Report on receipt of complaints of cognisable offences, the Supreme Court has made exceptions for preliminary enquiries to find out the truth of the facts alleged. So preliminary enquiry by police is a must.

The future of her complaint and registration of FIR depends on the preliminary enquiry conducted by the police as said by Adv Ramachary.

U have given us only one side of the case, basing on this we cannot come to a conclusion.UR local lawyer would be helpful in the proceedings.

The men in the present day Indian society continues to suffer because now Indian females are openly misusing their legal protection to settle scores
