During the election result rally..there is quarrel between two groups...In actual case it includes 5 members , who fight...But when case is filed they reported name of 5 members + extra 4 (Our family members which are not present at the spot)....
In FIR includes names of 9 members
Charges - 143 , 147, 148 , 149 ,323 , 324 & 135 , 37(3)
After the investigation by police in charge sheet
Vitrines says - all 9 members are there
Panch nama - Includes only 5 members names ...
What should we do next......??? .now there is first date of court ....What action we need to take ???
