My dad has deserted me and my mom and staying with another women and also has children...Its a Hindu marriage and not yest divorced.
He has beaten my mom for nearly 13 years after marriage and deserted her and ave a her a small house. He has earned lots of money but its all written on my step mom and her kids names.
I am earning well now and taking care of my mom..but still he is interferening in my life and doing all sorts of rogue stuff...So now my mom and me decided that to put a case on him so that he can stop all these stuff.
Need your help.
Also wanted to know if illegal hindu married couple kids can hold father surname and get reservation in study and job.
