Family split

Hello,

We are 4 brother and 3 sisters, my sisters will get a share of a property as per my Mother's wish,

But my Mom and Baap are no more.

Eventually , me and my brother have to register the property to my sisters name.

Who should bare the cost of registration of the said property

As the property is going to be divided among youll its but natural the registration has to borne by all of you .

The said property is a single property which has to be transfered in 3 of my sister's name,

Who has to the bear the cost if registration and documentation ?
