Sir,

Is all the members of the State Bar Council becomes automatic member of the State Bar Association?

Is it mandatory for a Bar Council member to become the member of he Bar association  in order to get the benefits of Advocates Welfare Fund?

No, a member of the State Bar Council does not automatically become a member of any Bar Association and he has to get membership of the Bar Association separately.

For getting benefit of Advocates Welfare fund it is necessary to become a member of the State Bar Association or State Advocates' Association.
