Father Name misspelt in PAN Card

Father's name is spelt wrongly in PAN card. Can this lead to leagal/other complications while providing proof/such evidence at other places?

you will have to apply for correction in the form " request for new PAN Card or/And Changes Or Correction if PAN date.

Certainly yes.   Mistake in the info given on the PAN card will create difficulty for you to prove your correct identity before public authorities.  Advice of Advocate Rajoo in this regard should be adhered to without furthur loss of time.

we are in a state of mis-spelt versions/short cut code  world  and the like; now a days no one found to be much worried about the spellings and spaces/and the sort, unless and until YOU make out the mistake open to all; whether in the voters lists or at some cards , we get lots of mistakes, like name spelling, wife/husband/house nos/colony and the like, even/including your photo itself; get it chanbged, if you are so particular, by giving one application with certified copy of your SSC to prove about your father's correct spelling, that is all; not to worry much on this issue.- YOU have typed legal as'leagal' is  oversight nothing else:4FBI*( Friendship Forum For Free&Better India)
