I am Venkatesh Goud from Ghatkesar, Medchal District Hyderabad. Also I am the colony President of Vasantha Valley Ismailkhanguda, Ghatkesar-501302.
This is inform you that our colony Sy No.71&75 Ismailkhanguda year of 2017 venture developer beside our colony overlap land do the kabja and converting to plots and already saled to customers.
After muncipality convert this village to pocharam muncipality now the local political leaders this government land converting to use as Grave Yard, moreever this village already Grave Yard government alloted in Sy. No. 46/1 (7.0900 Ac.Gts). Also one doner given Gift Deed for 6 Guntas, now the village peoples are using this place for cremation.
we have already approched Honable Telangana High court Writ petion is 26859 of 2022 Date:27.06.2022.
Now they are using fully political influence for this issue and trying this land converting to Grave Yard.
Note: we have already given representaion at muncipal, revenue, and police department for this issue, but they are not taking any action on this.
Kindly suggest me how we can go further and fight.
