Shop next to my house sell guthka, cigarettes, TEa & coldrinks from 6.00 Am to 10.00 PM on a vacant plot without any trade licence .
I have submitted a complaint to health inspector to close the this shop permanently.
I would like to file case to get it resolved this issue permanently as per Karnataka Muncipal Act.
Please let me know whats the procedure to be followed.
