They both are lovers. They are in live in relationship from last months. But her parents threaten her  , if she goes with that boy then they will kill that boy, or kill themselves. She is in dialomma now. She totally has mind upset now. The boy tries to reveal that problem to the police. But they didn't respond. Finally boy tries to put total issue on social website like face book and Instagram. Then her parents make a complaint on that boy, how to defence that boy to solve that issue?

If the complaint is based on the false allegations, then he can challenge the same in the trial proceedings by extracting the truth during cross examination.

She cannot maintain the false complaint during trial proceedings.

In whose presence cross examination will be done?

The cross examination is a process of law during trial proceedings.

When the witness steps into the witness box in court,  then the opponent advocate will cross examine her.
