Where is the thought process going, all right in the minds of the kindness leaders, Indians; although they have so much of Science before them? It is definitely a matter of concern that:
--> (1). Over the past 70 years, people are busy framing bills, passing this & that to eat up everything; but NONE of the Gvts till day have fulfilled their responsibilities under Article 48 & 48A which are as under:
Articles 48 & 48A are as follows:
48. The State shall endeavour to organise agriculture and animal husbandry on modern and scientific lines and shall, in particular, take steps for preserving and improving the breeds, and prohibiting the slaughter, of cows and calves and other milch and draught cattle.
48A. The State shall endeavour to protect and improve the environment and to safeguard the forests and wild life of the country
Above articles are also part of the Constitution. But, they need work, investments & so are not even mentioned! Cleverness,. But, dangerous cleverness in deed. People USE Constitution the way they want & maximize loots.
--> (2). The name 'Veterinary Dept', suggests NURSING of the mute, ever loving, ever faithful God's creatures when they are in dire need. But the Gvt funded dept (public money) does the job of catching the bovines (which people feed out of their own food, out of their own money, at their aegis etc etc) when they are (mostly) hale & healthy!
--> (3). Gvt jobs are labelled as 'Cattle catcher'. Plausible indeed Plausible. It is all public money on the one hand & God's creations that are mute on the other hand you see. Gvt jobs have been created left, right & centre & distributed to mortals! What a great innovaSHUN!
--> (4). The Gvts have turned Nelson's eye on facts that:
(a) It is the 2ND mother's milk that keeps us ticking in our day to day's lives & they looking at the bovines as x, y, z kilos of meat.
(b) India is the cow belt. But Gvts are prodding the citizens, the younger generation in specific into being shoe-pant dandies who conspire at the very mothers.
(c). God has given a belly to all the creatures (including humans). Bovines, on an average need 20-->40 Kgs of good food (grass). The cows that are reared are fed oil cakes, cereals, etc to increase the milk yield. The Cows used to feed on the grass on the fields etc. Today, some cunning mortals want Gvt jobs freely & thus plan accessioning them in the Gazette. Gvts are also not applying any thoughts. Gvts are eating up away every inch of land & coming up with a brick & mortar this or that, allowing no water bodies, forests, fruit bearing trees etc, virtually nothing at all in the public domain that are accessible to the mute creatures. Thus all of their sources of food have dried up in their own habitats. The locals who want to tendet them are not able to feed their beloved pets.
The Gvts could as well come with profitable businesses, use railways etc. Lot of agricultural produce are cattle food. But all of them are being burned at various ends. Coming up with profitable businesses will see the produce being shipped from various nooks & corners to various cities etc where it is all concrete jungle now. But, Gvt considers transporting coal as its business & does not even think beyond that.
REPORTS SPEAK OF 3 THINGS: (1) AWAARA (2) COWS EATING ROTTEN SUBSTANCES AT THE GARBAGE DUMPS. (3) Illegal DAIRIES ----------- HAD ONLY THE GVTS NOT SNATCHED AWAY THEIR OWN LANDS, FOOD OR AT LEAST DONE THEIR DUTIES, THE CREATURES THAT DO NOT SPEAK HUMAN LANGUAGES WOULD NEVER FACE SUCH A SITUATION. It is worth mention that the Cows do not like to be scolded. Next, they do not like even a speck of dirt on their bodies in normal circumstances, in their houses. But, the hunger, threats, constant prodding drives them into despondence. Are they responsible for all these? Mankind's conspiracy, foolishness, mercilessness is. SINCE THE GVTS HAVE NOT DONE THEIR DUTIES, THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS CALLING THE COWS 'STRAY (AWAARA)' & THEY NEED REFRAIN FROM GENERATING CARELESS, TREACHEROUS REPORTS THAT SUGGEST THAT COWS EAT THE ROTTING SUBSTANCES AT THE GARBAGE DUMPS.
The diaries in the cow belts that are holy spots of the human-nature bonding (human- bovines). They need be helped to come up additional commercial products; but have been so easily labelled ILLEGAL!!! How come???? How come???? The truth is that the inspectors, staff have not done their duties. The Gvts have not their duties. The Gvt with its (H)inspector raj, tax raj is getting involved in brutalities with the diaries.
- An unbiased view of all of above will show that the diaries need be helped to become profit centres. In fact, houses should be helped to nurture cows (other creatures, greeneries too).

In this context, it be noted that:
1). Science & Technology can be used in several areas related to bovines, bovine management. In fact, S&T could do wonders in operational areas & help add new commercial products & become new sources of revenue, all with no much of additional labor. (It be noted that this will enable people of all strata (technology savvy to naive workers) get self sustainable jobs, livelihood). COWS ARE TRULY KAMADHENUS. THESE VALUE ADDITIONS WOULD TURN IN HAPPINESS GALORE ALL ACROSS THE NATION.
2). It is reported that Cows moved down aged person/s. Really sad. Something went wrong & an unfortunate incident has happened. But, it be pondered: "Are Cows any murderers, conspirators, criminals?" When viewed more dispassionately, are there not road accidents, etc etc?
Well, the Kings of the past created value systems around nature (plants, animals, birds etc). Kingdoms of the yester days could speak with several creatures. Today, how many people, how many children are aware of other creatures (with life)? How many creatures can one name? How many people are aware of their characteristics, behaviour, eating habits, likes, dislikes etc etc? What are the mod-urn Gvts on this very sacred land doing today? - Let alone bonding mankind with the various creations in nature, Gvts are not even promoting animal, tree etc awareness (characteristics, behaviour, pluses, minuses, abuses, protection tips etc).
There is lot to nature & can be seen by taking 8 months-2 year old toddlers to ponds, parks etc during the early mornings. It is so gratifying to see the innocent toddlers who get engaged with those birds, the greens. But we are eating up nature itself. What an irresponsible way? We still have the guts to blame nature! This is surely arrogance, brutality.
Gvts should fund IT companies & help come up with simulation softwares, mobile based & computer based games that will teach every child, every adult how to behave / handle / avoid a calamity with the otherwise calm, innocent, ever loving, self conscious bovines. - Once this is done, the lessons learnt in the above success could then be used to come up with game softwares for other creatures: Birds, animals, fishes etc. This will then cover the entire nature (animal kingdom, plant kingdom).
Today, we have very meaningful alternatives to leather & meat for which mankind used to take to what it used to do hitherto. Why not use the new knowledge, new possibilities to be more humane to the universe, its creations, God itself? This will enable us foster children, friends, groups who will remain OURS till the end, at all times when we need them the most. Let conspiracies, (H)-intelligence not become way of life. We will end up killing the entire world.
In wake of all of above, it is definitely a matter of concern that few mortals, Gvts, its work force conspire mercilessly catch the creatures when they are amidst their faithful duties / fending their hunger & slaughter them. It is definitely an anguish that the honorable, peace lving, ever loving bovines are being cheated, milked right to the core, right upto their last breathe, all by the Gvt itself.
Well, S&T could come up with more of commercial products with the live bovines. The Gvts need focus on building a self sustainable, honest, ever possible value system. Let lots of additional money be created at every household, nook & corner all along their life. The Gvt could then run a welfare fund (pension), use that fund to help take care of them in their ripe ages, allow them die dignifiedly the natural way & burn them honorably with flowers on the marsh gas etc in crematoria meant for the various God's creatures.
NOTE:
- The effort here is to evolve a new lifestyle, a new law, ways & means to realise the objectives & having worked thoroughly in this area (along with having come up with Science plans & discussing them with Engineers, Managers, Policy envisagers etc), there are lot of inputs / views to be thought aloud to help arrive at A NEW LAW. But, owing to shortage of resources, pre-committments, all of them cannot be done right away. This post is thus meant ot be an appetiser for meaningful inputs, value additions (if any) & the Facts / views that are intended will be presented in parts.
