My petition for Discharge on Case u/s 430 and 120B was dismissed by MM court on 29/01/11 and next hearing was on 11/01/11 and subsequently posted to 18/01/11. The Magistrate is directing me to accept the framing of the charges.
As my lawyers are busy I'm yet to go for the revision of discharge and likely to file the revision in about a week.
How can i hold the MM court from framing the charges on me until I get the order on revision.
Is it possible and how can I do it? Pls advise me.
