Can you please tell me the timelines requirement for circulating draft minutes of General Body Meeting? Is there any period by which the managing committee has to circulate draft minutes to the members? How much time do members get to respond to the draft minutes?
How does finalization of the minutes take place after response from the members? And in what period the minutes have to be finalized? Are they finalized by the Managing Committee or through AGM?
