Get a new pasport

I have a client who is wanted for 9 months. He has 138 CRPC imposed on him and now the court has imposed CRPC 70 and how did it happen that the address in the Aadhar card is different from the one where he is living now. That address in the Aadhar card is different. If that address is of a different state or some other place, can he apply for a passport? For a new passport, if there is a police verification of his other place, then there can be some problem in that. If he has this area 70 imposed on him, then it will be visible online in the entire state. Whether in the police station or not, if it is not visible, can he apply for a passport for a new passport?

There's no restriction for applying for passport but he has to reveal the particulars of the pending criminal case against him.

The police can find it easily even if he is suppressing the information.

The accused in a criminal case is elgible to granted subject to NOC from the Trial Court. This platform is not meant to suggest means to anyone to abuse or hoodwink law or its process.
