Gift

Issue :

My Father received a property as gift from his sister- in –Law (His elder brothers wife and the property is ancestral, it was registered on her name after her husband passed away ),

*     When they were executing this Gift deed , she signed it as doner.

*     In the registration deed ( document) it is clearly mentioned that no hairs of her shall have right to claim this in future.

*     In the document – the property boundaries are clearly mentioned as per registration act

*     her son( who was major ) signed it as Witness.

Question  : now can her son (who was a witness) claim that her mother did not have a right to gift his part from ancestral property.

not possible to claim, as per the hindu law, if a female get any share from any where, it will become self earned property, so her legal heirs could not claim.

My doubt is : as it is ancestral whether her son also have a share in this ? ,

the gift excecuted by her(for the whole property) is valid ?

this is my fathers and his brothers ancestral, this was registered on her name when my fathers brother passed away,

so even then she hold complete rights on this property ?
