Sir,
I am a junior lawyer.
I currently come across a client who just want to made a gift deed by me.
The clients are two brothers who jointly owned a property ( rsidential house).
The elder brother wants to gift of his portion / part to his younger brother through gift deed.
I just request you to send me a sample gift deed to met up the above referred purpose.

Dear Nirupam,
Go through Section 122 and 123 of Transer of Property Act before drafting gift deed.
You can find number of sample gift deeds in any book titled "Conveyancing and Practice" besides this, just write "gift deed" in google and it will add to your practice and getting expert on the subject.
Do home work before asking ready made.
