Yes , it is better in many respects parrticularly to avoid future disputes.

yes sale deed or gift deed is better than will. Even if will is regd., it can be challenged. If the properties are ancestral properties and if father disposed all the properties then his sons and daughters can claim the share in the ancestrl properties because father has got right to sell his share only.

Will get life only on the death of the testator. It is a unilateral deed
But in case of gift, gift can be accepted and Stamp duty is less in both these cases.

the execution of deeds as per rules with consious of both parties ,all documents has safe, some litigants wontedly involving tempararely .for base less proofs. this three documents is safe if we take exicute as per law.
