I’m from Andhrapradesh ,my Father ‘s last Sister Son(Uncle-English,Mama-Hindi,MenaMama-Telugu) wants to do some Land registration for my name .is it comes under Family Gift deed or Gift to Others .In my state gift to Family persons charges 1% ,others 6 % so my relations comes under family members or others .if it comes under family am I need to show any proofs to registration department.
Plz give me guidance …
