Grand father self earned property rights

grand father have 1agriculture land , 1 plot and 1 house.my grandfather died. one plot was (Registered as GIFT SETTLMENT IN FAMILY) gived to his son(my father).my father got second marraige without divorce. Can i claim on this property ?grand son (son's son) have a right ?plz answer...

Son has NO forced share in Father’s self acquired property.

Grandson has NO forced share in Grandfather’s self acquired property.
