Is your father have title deed ?

or else the process to obtain the same follows:-

Process

  1. Receiving the parties concerned.
  2. Ensure fulfillment of the requirements.
  3. Provide customer's number.
  4. Receiving the transaction from the transactor.
  5. Completing the service procedures in the system.
  6. Payment of fees.
  7. Receipt of Title Deed / Ownership Certificate. Service fees.

What is the document executed by your grand-father where your father has been given 2 acre land extra ?

Whether the subject land was ancestral or self-acquired by your grand-father ?

Sir, grandfather handover the 2acre land to my father with his self interest through the legal way

And the land is self acquired by grandfather

Facts posted suggest that your father's possession of the property is beyond legal challenge.
