Hi, I had worked for a private ltd comapny for 5 years and 10 months . However,I have resigned in 2016 after 3 years 3 months due to some personal reason and rejoined again same organisation within 2 months and continuously worked for 5 years 10 months and have resigned again after 5 years and 10 months on 01st February 2019 and with the notice and was relived on 5th april, a . I have joined the organisation after 2 months on the smae employee code and was not given any new appointment letter . I just wanted to know . Am i eligible to recieve gratuity from the employer.
