Harassment to get relieving letter

I have resigned from a MNC on 9th June,2015 after completing notic period successfully. I have got resignation acceptance letter. I have attached some fully technical document from office email ID to my gmail. They called to office on 10th June and informed that there was some data leakage from my offical email ID. For that, I needed to show them my gmail information and they deleted all attachmments(two). I have proved myself that there was no company or client business information. After that nearly two weeks over, they said that they are following with their legal team. 

Please help me to give some suggestion that what do I need to get my relieving letter.

Does the company have an email policy stating that no official email can be sent from official email to personal email id?

Have you signed any ‘Trade Secret’ clause?

Did they call you to office in writing? Did you minute that you were called to office and minutes of discussion? Were you called to office after acceptance of resignation/LWD?

Their legal team is no statutory authority and your FnF settlement and documents can not be kept on hold. The reason might be that you are being pushed to file a complaint.

Service Certificate is to be supplied to all employees.

 

Did they or you document in writing that attachments have been deleted from your personal email id by them?

Which written rule or policy of the company you have violated?

Was it a practice to send emails at personal email id or from personal email id while on leave or working from home etc?

How did you prove that ‘there was no company or client business information.’ And have you minuted it?

 

You should provide full information, pointwise!

What is this establishment registered as: Commercial,Industrial?

What is its line of business:IT,ITeS,banking etc?

How many maxmimum persons are employed in it at any point of time?

The Redg Office,Corporate Office of the company, and your reporting office was located in which state?

 

What was your designation and nature of duties?

 

Does company have Certified Standing Orders or Model Standing Orders applies and do these cover your designation?

 

Do you have leave policy, HR policy,Service Rules and Regulations,Conduct and Discipline Rules that are mentioned in the appointment letter, and so called ‘Data Leakage Policy/clause’?

 

Was any appointment letter,salary slip of each month,PF number with a/c slips,ESIC card,Form16 given to you?

Did you resign in writing under proper acknowledgment (followed by letter under acknowledgment or by Redg. Post) , and mention NO tasks are pending at your end and to whom you should handover the charge?

Has acknowledgment of notice of resignation, supplied to you?

Are you a member of any employee’s/Trade Unions?

What was your monthly salary?
