HC judge demoted

 No honour is attached with any post. Recently, a judge said that he does not want to be addressed as "Your Honour". Sir is enough.

'Honorourable....'  the word used for phycofancy instead of showing honour.

in the office ... we wish our bosses, good morning sir, but when a sweeper or peon of that office comes we forget to show her proper respect, equal to the boss,..... why it is such?  is it not phycofanatic approach to the person, having right to extend monetary benifit to us?.

Is a magistrate a judge?

If a magistrate can issue warrant of arrest against the President of India, Chief Justice of India and President of Bar Council of India, why should he not be addressed as Honourable because honour is attached to the post and not to the person?

The  person Should be  Honest/Honarable to the said Honarable Post if not what is the use of the Judiciary ?

Judiciary is some what a Exceptional one than any other posts i:e Police, Politicians so they have to have to hav duty concience if not thy should face a severy penalty which should be lesson for others....

Sir Wht will Happen to the cases the Judge went thru so far.....????????????????

Magistrate are Making People Mad......

When he got demoted, all the judgements passed by him during his tenure must be scrutinized.

What about those who promoted him in the first place? No body can touch them because water always flows downwards.

Yes sir, someone else pays the mischiefs of others.

In recent development it is lernt that as he did not joined in the demotiond post, his service has been terminated
