Help

i had filed divorce in dec 2011,
wife filed rcr later in another court, we went together to stay  at another rented place for the sake of my 1yr child  inspite of filling divorce.

notices of divorce  were not served to her.
she later moved out of residence
she filed maintenance also .
my question is whether i should withdraw divorce and proceed with rcr filed by her in family court  denying maintenance or i should continue divorce .
wife wont come for co habitation thats for sure.

Yes go with RCR tell you are ready to resume matrimony. Put the ball in her court. This way you get to defeat her claim for maintenance as well

but do i need to pay her interim if she continues rcr
should  i fight  maintenance and prolong it proving her mental cruelty and desertion towards me.?????
child maintenance im ready to pay but not hers.
divorce would take years and she would enjoy on my maintenance if granted
