My Soicety which is recently formed as asking for Rs. 1 Lakh as donation inorder for me to get NOC to sell the house. I know its illelegal, i want to know my option & what are the other ways to get NOC. There is no AGM happended & resolution to take Rs. 1 lakh is not put forward to all members.

U r member and share holder of Housing Society Ltd.., so why u pay a donation, It's wrong, U give a application for NOC and receive this application then Society has not give NOC u give a Notice to Society Chairman and the copy of Notice send the Registrar of Society for that.
