How to complain against judge/ court working

Hi

I filed NI act case against a person. I have all proofs. But case is not moving at all. Filed more than 5 years back. Till now trial of PW1 not completed.. from last 20 hearing accused party not taking it further.

I am vexed with judge giving permission for them time and again.

Is there any way for me to complain on this slow process/ work of judge ? Pls tell complete procedure

There is nothing unusual; this is the way courts function in our country. You can try taking steps to expedite trial, but there is no ground for complaining aginst the Judge or the Court.

PVenu Ji,

what are those steps to expedite trial. could you pls guide .

will there be any supervisor above judge to whom I can complain ?

Yes, you can bring the matters to the notice of the District Judge or  the Administrative or the Guardian Judge in the High Court. You can as well move the High Court under Article 227.

However, Please do not expect any miracles.

You cannot get any response for any emails.

This is not a communication that you generally send it to any individual.

This is a court matter.

You have to follow the procedures of law to get the reliefs.

You have not asked your lawyer to put pressure on the court for an expeditious trial neither you seem to have not appoached your lawyer asking him the reason for this inordinate delay.

You have repeated the same question in the experts section of this portal, which clearly indicates that your anxiety level

You may visit the post repeated in a different thread to know more answers.
