how to file a suit to recover money given on good faith?

what is the procedure to institute a suit for recovery of money which was given on good faith.

case: A gave Rs. 51,500 to B on good faith in friendly relations. After one year A asks for recovery of the amount without any interest on it. B is reluctant to talk and is escaping. Can A file a suit against B for recovery of money? What is the procedure?

Please help.

1- A Can file  ordinary money rcovery suit statign that he advance as  Hand Loan to B  in good faith !

2- The  procedure for rcovery of any money suit and  recovery of  money paid in good faith ,  is one and the same , issue Demadn  Noice and file the suit .  Mention all the particualrs about the transaction , in the plaint 

3- You have to take care of the evidence  regardign the payment of hand loan to B - you have to prove the same  to get a decree
