I want to Know that how can we get a 173 CRPC report from Court?
My bike was theft in Janakpuri. I registerd a FIR in Janakpuri police station New Delhi. They give me untraceable report after some time. They also told me that the final report is given by Court (is this true?). Also i want to know that how can i get the Final Report from Tis Hazari Court. Whether we have to fill a forum with fees. Or we merely collect from the court on the basis of FIR registered. Please provide me detailed steps to obtain the Final Report from Court (specially from Tis Hazari Court).
Can we Obtain Final report from Court through RTI !
