i completed my law degree in 2013 and thereafter i got myself enrolled to Bar Council of Delhi. I am yet to give the All India Bar Exam after which i will get the "Certificate Of Practice". Actually i want to pursue higher studies and do LLM. I am not interested in practice. To pursue LLM regular course i will have to surrender my license. My question is how should i surrender my license? and another question is should i sit for the All India Bar Exam? since i don't intend to practice.
Please Help. Because the moment i get admission into LLM the college will ask me to surrender my license. And if this thing takes a lot of time then i'll prepare before-hand and will not sit for the BAR EXAM.
